Mamo and Papa

Gerdy,
Grand Huffs,
Hula,
Levi
Mamo and Papa (aka Amy's parents) came in town for a quick visit this weekend!! Sadly, it rained all weekend, so we pretty much ate lots of good food and watched the Master's.
They gave the puppies some love. Hula actually knows the words"grandma and grandpa" and gets super excited when we say them. Hula's obsessed with food (she's a Huff...) and actually remembers how much cheese they used to feed her when we lived in Seattle and dreams of the day she can gorge herself on it again. Strangely enough, I currently dream of the day I can gorge on soft cheeses like bleu and chevre; I plan on having Matt bring me a huge cheese tray after the delivery. I envision something with olives and meat like this (with less veggies and more cheese, of course):
Anywho...
Mamo and Papa also got a chance to feel their grandson kick, wiggle, and roll. The little guy is moving right along. He is just wedged into my right side and is sitting low. The doctor told me last week that it sounds like the baby is organized and ready to get out of there- he's already a planner; just like his mom!
Thanks for visiting, Mamo and Papa!
Yes, the Huffs do like their food and I know I'm not the only Huff that is a sugar freak. If you put a bucket of Red Vines in the middle of the room, your dad and I would trample anyone in our way to get to them.
Not much longer until we see Little Franck and we're pretty excited!
Instead of baby gifts, would you like cheese-of-the-month club?
does mamo rhyme with ham-o or with bomb-o? i wanted so bad for my mom to be mom-o but it got shot down. i live for all things bleu (even during pregnancy...so selfish) so amen to the cheese platter as a push present
