Enjoying the Scenery

Hello All,

Trying to zip out of Goodyear, Arizona, so I am going to make this quick. We drove from Odessa, Texas, to just past Phoenix, Arizona, yesterday. Probably the prettiest drive so far, mostly because the sun was visible the whole way and the sunset was incredible.

We are heading from Goodyear, Arizona, to Morgan Hill, California today, which will put us just 50 miles from our final destination. We will rest up in Morgan Hill before a big day of moving and unpacking tomorrow.

PS - It is Amy and my four-year wedding Anniversary today. I love you and I miss you Amy :)

Texas was pretty flat. Saw lots of small oil pump doo-hickeys.

We could see the mountains approaching. Hoping that the snow wasn't too bad.



Was clearly evident that it had snowed, but luckily, not much on the roads.

The scenery lulled James to sleep.

As the sun went down, everything got a lot prettier.
